1. Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare and hand-pack your order.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to keep these costs as fair as possible.
Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $60.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers:
- US & UK: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-15 business day
Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays for international orders, which are beyond our control.
4. Duty-Free Guarantee (A Note for International Friends)
For all orders shipped internationally, we pre-pay the import duties and taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. No surprise fees upon delivery.
